Morality as Religion
   Gandhi’s Ceaser

In Stanton Coit’s book, Gandhi is quoted as saying “So long as the seed of morality is not watered by religion, it cannot sprout…(M)orality cannot be observed without religion. That is to say, morality should be observed as religion.” He then quotes this prayer, “I shall have no other God except righteousness.”
